On March 3, 2025, the State House Anti-Corruption Unit (SH-ACU), led by Brig Gen Henry Isoke, received the running kits intended to support staff participation in the forthcoming Kabaka Birthday Run, scheduled for April 6, 2025. This year’s event is themed “Men for Good Health to Save the Girl Child against HIV/AIDS,” underscoring the critical role that men play in promoting the health and welfare of young girls and women.

The SH-ACU is keen to engage in this significant initiative, recognizing that the proactive involvement of men within the community is essential for safeguarding the health of daughters, sisters, and mothers. Brigadier General Isoke reiterated the unit’s steadfast commitment to addressing corruption in all sectors, with a particular focus on the health sector, to ensure a healthier nation for all citizens.

Additionally, Brig Gen Isoke expressed appreciation for the valuable partnerships established with organizations such as BBS Terefayina, the Buganda Land Board, and the Kingdom of Buganda. These collaborations have proven instrumental in tackling various challenges faced by the populace, fostering positive change, and promoting public health and integrity.

As we approach this important event, we extend our sincere best wishes to Ssabasajja Kabaka on the occasion of his milestone 70th birthday, with hopes that his reign will continue to inspire and uplift our communities.
