August 16, 2022. The State House Anti-Corruption Unit (SHACU) Head, Brig Gen Henry Isoke presented a lecture on the fight against corruption to over 300 Secondary School Head Teachers from the regions of Lango, Acholi & West Nile at NALI, Kyankwanzi. The Head teachers were urged to always look out for corruption cases in their schools, especially sexual abuse, land grabbing of gov’t school lands among others. He advised them report these cases to the anti-corruption agencies, Police and the RDCs’ of their respective districts.

They were further advised to instill strong ethical principles & values in their students in order to build them into the next exemplary leaders. They were called upon to use their time at the institute to device strategies to fight the vice within their schools. Lastly, he urged them to live good legacies that will be remembered by standing firm against corruption.
