Monday, May 9,2022: Lira city Physical planner, Omara Geofrey and his counterpart the Lira district Physical planner, Ogwal Phillip were arrested and charged with corruption at Anti-Corruption Division court at Kololo in Kampala.
The duo allegedly solicited and received a bribe in order to process a lease extension for a public land in Lira Municipality.
