Kyambogo University Land

Following complaints from the Hon. First Lady and Minister of Education and Sports the Vice Chancellor of Kyambogo University, that Kampala District Land Board (KDLB) and Buganda Land Board (BLB) were claiming the university’s land, SH-ACU intervened and caused a boundary opening survey which contradicted the KDLB claim.

NSSF Land in Lubowa

The Unit intervened in the fraudulent creation of titles on land owned by the NSSF in Lubowa. Police investigation revealed that the titles were created through fraud and forgery. The persons involved were arrested and arraigned in court. Investigations continue on the role of public officials who processed the titles.

Kinumi, Bishenyi and Kitwetwe in Masindi
